Terms of Service

1. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information, be legally able to enter this agreement, and keep account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and should notify support promptly about unauthorised use.

2. Wedding Preview and paid packages

New accounts may begin with a limited free Wedding Preview. Paid packages are one-time entitlements with the limits, event slots, media allowances and gallery period shown before purchase.

• An event slot is consumed when an event is created. Deleting an event does not automatically restore that slot.
• Events are soft-deleted to protect entitlement integrity and prevent repeated deletion and recreation.
• Wedding or event identity may become restricted after activation or the first guest upload. Support or an administrator may correct genuine mistakes.
• Creation or activation deadlines and per-event gallery expiry are shown in the product or purchase details.

3. Payments, upgrades and refunds

Payments are processed by the displayed payment provider. Access is upgraded after payment confirmation. If upgrading from an eligible package, the checkout may apply the credit shown before payment.

• Prices and included features are those shown at checkout.
• Do not create repeated payments while an earlier payment remains pending; use the available continuation link.
• Refund requests are assessed under the displayed purchase terms, the status and use of the digital service, and applicable Malaysian consumer law. Contact support promptly with the transaction reference.

4. User and guest content

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Kisandah a limited licence to host, process, resize where applicable, display, stream and package that content only to operate the requested features.

• You must have permission to upload and share the content.
• You are responsible for invitations, guest access and the event's use of photographs or videos.
• We may restrict or remove unlawful, abusive, infringing, unsafe or technically harmful content.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, bypass limits, share accounts to evade package rules, interfere with security, upload malware, scrape private content, impersonate others, or use Kisandah for unlawful or harmful activity.

6. Gallery access, expiry and downloads

Access ends according to the package or event expiry shown in the service. Users should download memories before expiry. Locked media becomes accessible only after a valid add-on or upgrade. We may remove expired content after applicable retention and backup periods.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, providers, networks and events outside reasonable control may affect availability. We may improve or change features while preserving paid entitlements in a commercially reasonable way.

8. Intellectual property

Kisandah's software, branding, templates and interface remain owned by Kisandah or its licensors. These terms do not transfer those rights or permit copying, resale or reverse engineering except where law allows.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated breaches, security threats, fraud, unlawful activity or non-payment. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to download accessible content.

• You may stop using the service and request account deletion, subject to necessary transaction, security and entitlement records.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kisandah is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, guest conduct, content supplied by users, or failures caused by third-party networks and services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The parties should first try to resolve concerns through Kisandah support before pursuing other available remedies.
